The purpose of this contract is to carry out studies related to rail renewal works by industrial method (RRI) with different restitution speeds ( 120 km/h and ≤ 120 km/h). The framework agreement is national, with purchase orders, and allocated in 2 lots detailed in this notice. Its duration is 3 firm years, and 3 renewals of one year each. It is concluded without a minimum commitment, but with a maximum commitment detailed per lot in this notice.
