Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is a project management assistance mission (AMO) relating to architectural and engineering studies for infrastructure and equipment projects carried out by RATP.
The projects covered by the framework agreement fall under the project management of RATP or missions entrusted by third parties. They concern more precisely:
- one or more metro stations, RER stations, multimodal hubs, tram stations, bus stations;
- and/or a maintenance and storage site (SMR) or other industrial site;
- and/or one or more buildings.
The projects considered are either existing or future.
The services to be carried out include the following (non-exhaustive list):
-exploratory studies,
-functional and architectural feasibility studies,
-studies of development of services and businesses.
The contract is concluded in the form of a framework agreement for subsequent contracts. These subsequent contracts will specify, when the need arises, the characteristics and terms of execution of the requested services which have not been set out in the framework agreement.
It executes within the following limit:
• Maximum amount over the period total of the framework agreement: €2,000,000 excluding tax.
The services entrusted to the Contractor are defined in the Specifications.
