Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out plumbing work on the entire property of Plaine Commune Habitat, with the exception of vacant housing. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the common Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.) to the 2 lots.
Routine maintenance on all Plaine Commune Habitat assets
Lot 1 of this framework agreement is of type P2 without profit sharing and transparent P3 with full guarantee of plumbing equipment on the entire assets of Plaine Commune Habitat with the exception of housing. vacant. All leak searches, troubleshooting, repairs and replacement of obsolete equipment will be carried out by the holder as part of the package.
