Objects will be for multiple targets: children, athletes, tourists, agents of the departmental council ... This market constitutes the First phase of the contractualization process tending to the signing of a multi-attributive framework agreement. The second phase will result in the signing of subsequent markets, after competing of holders of the framework agreement.
