Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide services concerning the outsourcing of the function of Information Systems Security Manager (Rssi) and its support within Plaine Commune Habitat. The description of the services is more precisely indicated in theBook of Particular Clauses (C.C.P.). This framework agreement is unique. It is concluded partly at a global and fixed price and partly at purchase orders. No mandatory variations are imposed under this framework agreement. The presentation of free variants is not permitteded under this framework agreement. This framework agreement is not broken down into installments.
The consultation procedure used is that of an open call for tenders, including European advertising, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2124-1, R2124-2, R2161-2 and R2161-5 of the Code ofcommande publique
