Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the provision of services concerning the outsourcing of the function of responsible for the security of information systems (RSSI) and its support within the Plaine Commune Habitat. The description of the services is more precisely indicated in the specific clause notebook (C.C.P.). This framework agreement is unique. It is partly concluded at a global and lump sum and partly in order form. No compulsory variant is imposed under this framework agreement. The presentation of free variants is not authorized under this framework agreement. This framework agreement is not broken down into slices. The consultation procedure used is that of open tender, including European advertising, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2124-1, R2124-2, R2161-2 and R2161-5 of the public procurement code.The agreement -Cadre is concluded from its date of notification until December 31, 2025. It will be the subject of a tacit renewal, by annual period, within the limit of two renewals without its total duration being able to exceed 4 years, or until December 31, 2027.
