Framework agreement with orders relating to integration and professional qualification for The renovation of housing and common areas - Mel Nord territory (Armentieres agency) and MEL SUD territory (Lille and Villeneuve d'Acq agencies) - for the needs of Partenord Habitat
Framework agreement concluded in application of art R.2123-1 of the CCP, relating to support services and support for jobs within the framework of social utility work focused on the renovation of housing and common areas.
Pursuant to art L.2113-14 of the CPP This market is reserved for economic operators employing disadvantaged workers targeted by the arts L.2113-12 and L.2113-13 of the CCP.
Each batch giving rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement.
The framework agreements are concluded for a period of 1 year (12 months) renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for a duration of 1 year each. The maximum duration cannot exceed 4 years.
They are concluded at unit prices. BPU prices can be revised according to the terms provided for in the CCAP.
