The market is made up of 3 lots (1 awarded per lot) and is concluded without minimum and with an annual maximum. Each batch giving rise to the conclusion of a framework agreement.
The framework agreements are concluded for a period of 1 year (12 months) renewable 3 times per tacit renewal for u udoes not last 1 year. The maximum duration cannot exceed 4 years.
