Description:
The consultation will give rise for each batch to a framework agreement to order order for work without an annual minimum amount and with maximum annual amount.
It is multi-attributive with regard to lot 1 (2 holders) and mono attribute with regard to lots n 2 and n 3.
The amounts ofOrder are specified in the consultation regulations and in this market notice (see Details of the lots). They are identical for each possible renewal period. Each batch will be a market. Applicants can apply for one or more lots. For each batch, the pricesof the contract are unitary. The services will be paid by application of unit prices of BPU and/or public prices of the supplier catalog with really executed quantities. Regarding the supplier catalog, during each order, the holder must apply to pricespublic, the unique discount rate on catalog orders granted in the act of commitment work to create collective play areas and sports areas
