In accordance with articles R.2185-1 and R.2185-2 of the public procurement code, lots 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 were declared without follow-up to the extent that legal and technical errors were noted after opening the offers involving the legal security of the procedure andof the market which would have been concluded.
