Framework agreement for order formal, as defined by article L. 2125-1 of the public procurement code of ordinance n 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018, for the completion of renewal, maintenance and connections on drinking water and sanitation networks Collectifclassification CPV: 45232411-8 - Works relating to drinking water pipes. CPVclassification: 45232411-6 - Construction work for wastewater pipes. CPVclassification: 45262522-6 - Masonry work.Classification CPV: 90650000-8 - Adapted procedure adapted, articles L. 2123-1 R. 2123-1, L212-1 to L1212-4. The framework agreement will be entrusted to a single holder or to a group of solidarity companies with or without subcontractors and executed as the order of order pleasures. Six years. The maximum amount will be 600,000 euros H.T. The framework agreement does not have a minimum amount.
