Description:
The framework agreement is concluded for 1 year from the date of notification. It is renewable 3 times. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year.
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The amount of services For the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows:
Lot no 1: minimum excl. Tax: 16,000.00 euro (s) and maximum excl. HT: 56,000.00 euro (s) Lot no 2: minimum HT: 15,000.00 euro (s) and maximum excl.
Each Lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The market concluded not only includes articles by named unit price slips, but also, exceptionally, all articles in the reference rate (catalogs + prices + discounts) of control materials, parts Detached and various accessories of the same category.
