Description:
The consultation will give rise for each batch to a framework agreement for mono-attributal service orders without an annual minimum amount and with maximum annual amount.
The order amounts are specified in the consultation regulations and in this market notice (see lots details). They are identical for each possible renewal period. Each batch will be a market. Applicants can apply for one or more lots. For each batch, the contract prices are unitary. The services will be paid by application of the unit prices of the BPU to the quantities actually executed

The Mono Framework Agreement Association to purchase orders without annual minimum and with an annual maximum order of 20,000 euros HT in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. It is concluded for a first period of the date of notification until December 31, 2025 and renewable by three times tacitly for a period of 12 months with each renewal. The holder cannot refuse the renewal. Power Adjudicator may not renew the contract if he informs the holder at least 3 months before the anniversary of the contract.
