This market concerns the realization of slaughter, pruning and maintenance services of trees located on the territory of Saint-Gilles (30). The services of this market can be undertaken in the grip or close to municipal public roads, or maintained in whole orPartly by the municipality, and their dependencies, in municipal properties, as well as those rented or made available to it (establishments or land of any kind). This market is a market with orders, which has passed at unit prices, for a period of 12 months and renewable 2 timesOr a maximum 3 -year contract. The framework agreement is concluded without an annual minimum amount excluding tax and with a maximum annual amount of 73,000 euros excl. The intervention period is specified at each order form, with a minimum intervention period within 5 days. The date of intervention may be agreedBy mutual agreement with the representative of the community and adapted to the urgent character of the moment. Market prices are firm, updated the first year of execution and revisable annually in the event of renewal. The city of Saint-Gilles encourages eco-responsible procedures.
