Description:
This market concerns the framework agreement for order form for current maintenance work on the cover on the entire heritage of Val d'Oise Habitat (3 lots).
They can Also be carried out in specific premises (shops, professional premises, homes, student residences, etc.). In any event, the expected technical prescriptions and their methods of implementation are specified within the CCTP common to all lots.
Also, the framework agreement is geographically allocated in 3 lots as follows:
-Lot 1 - West sector - Cergy agency
-Lot 2 - South sector - Franconville agency
-Lot 3 - East sector - Sarcelles agency
Insofar as neither the rhythm, nor the extent, nor the nature of the interventions can be determined precisely, the Power adjudicator has decided to use a split market in the form of a market with ordeal and this in accordance with articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The minimum and maximum amounts on the initial duration of the market (or 12 months) will be as follows:
-Lot n 1 - Ouest sector - Cergy Agency
-Messing annual minimum: without
-Mexisant annual maximum: 400,000 Euro (s) HT
-Lot n 2 - South sector - Franconville agency
-Anual maximum number: 150,000 Euro (s) HT
