- This framework agreement has increased through the European community of Alsace (CEA) for the benefit of the Tomi Ungerer college in Dettwiller. The framework agreement must cover the development of on-site meals in hot connection for the school restaurant of the Tomi Ungerer college in Dettwiller and allow to offerVarious services (thematic menus). It should be noted that the college ensures within its half board the catering of both students of the Tomi Ungerer college and the students of the extracurricular community of the Commune of the Pays de Marmoutier-Sommerau. Community extracurricular managementof commune, was entrusted to the family association of Educational leisure and training (ALEF). The two communities and the ALEF thus wished to commission a common service provider who would intervene for the period 2025-2029 in the premises of the college. The purpose of promotingcollectively a diet attentive to the health of college students, respectful of the environment, adapted to a more sustainable model of agriculture and whose access is facilitated forall.
