Description:
The purpose of this consultation aims to entrust the framework agreement with the maintenance and repair work of the roofs, terraces, gutters and cheneaux of the communal buildings of the city of Nemours. The work will be carried out throughout the year without any interruption forperiods of July and August. The framework agreement is launched in the form of a framework agreement at mixed prices (amounts indicated in the decompositions of the overall prices and lump sum annual for preventive maintenance (P1) and the unit price slips for curative maintenance (P2)). The framework agreementis concluded in the form of the framework agreement with order form for (P2) in value with a single economic operator and is thus subject to the provisions of R.2162-2, 4, 13 and 14 of the public procurement code. Orders (P1 + P2) Subject of this framework agreement are likely to varyAnnually in value as follows: annual minimum order in € URO URO HT (P1+P2): € 10,000.00 H.t maximum annual order in € URO HT (P1+P2): € 200,000.00 H.T each year of framework agreement corresponds to one yearwhole
