- Description:
- The purpose of this consultation is the transfer of marketing rights as well as office approval rights and, for this purpose, the search for 5 marketers. The services will give rise to a multi-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for a maximum duration of 48 months, with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 700,000 euro(s) excluding tax. Consequently, 5 successful bidders will be designated, subject to a sufficient number of classified offers. Conditions for awarding vouchers order are defined in the Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP) The holder's remuneration is established according to a percentage which applies to the amount excluding tax of the sale price of the commercial rights. The fees (excluding taxes) of the holders of the market will be calculated based on a percentage of the sale price of commercial rights (excluding taxes and transfer duties) received by the seller according to the calculation methods proposed by the market holders in the pricing annex to the act d'engagement. The fees will be covered by Paris Habitat-OPH.
