Description:
The buyer plans to negotiate. The negotiation will be carried out with the 3 candidates selected in the application phase.
The negotiation may relate to all the elements of the offer.
In accordance with article R. 2123-5 of the public procurement code, the buyer reserves the right to award theMarket on the basis of initial offers without carrying out a negotiation.
Allotment:
This service is not alloty because the devolution in separate lots would risk making technically difficult and financially more expensive the performance of services. Indeed, this is a serviceGlobal comprising a design part, the supply of modular buildings as well as small additional works necessary for the implementation of modular buildings.
Extending framework agreement:
The framework agreement has passed without minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 6,000,000 eurosHT over 4 years.
