This market is a call for tenders to designate a project manager to carry out missions aimed at developing a guide plan on the Senia area, the objective of the guide plan being to lead to a feasibility of technical development. The missions cover the following themes: • phaseA: Preoperational: - Mission A1: Appropriation of the current State and support for the definition of the challenges of the Guide Plan, - Mission A2: Scripture and Urban Design, - A3 Mission: Guide plan, A4 Mission: Environmental Studies • Phase B: Support for project managementIn operational follow -up phase: - Mission B1: AMO to the designation of project management management, - Mission B2: Environmental study in operational phase, - Mission B3: Monitoring of the design of public spaces and bundles to build, - Mission B4: Assistance onAdministrative files, - Mission B5: Eventual additional missions subject to subsequent markets The duration of the market is 24 months. The market may be subject to two renewal per period of one year, without the total duration being able to exceed four years. The framework agreement ismono attribute.
