Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the provision of tramway greenway maintenance services on the Nantes network, including the following services:
- Maintain and ensure the good health of the lawn located on the tram platform
- Maintain perennials on platforms as well as vegetation located around platforms
- Maintain watering systems for greenways and anti-noise curves
- Master centralized watering management
- Control unwanted vegetation on ballasted roads and their surroundings
- Make a technical and regulatory monitoring

This is a framework agreement for the provision of single-award services, with a minimum amount of 1,440,000 euros excluding tax and a maximum amount of 3,300,000 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement. (renewals included), in accordance with article R. 2162-4 1 of the public procurement code.
This framework agreement will be executed as purchase orders are issued in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
