- The purpose of this consultation is the supply, installation and maintenance of fluid and electrical meters on the PARIS-CDG platform. The expected services are defined in the specific technical clauses and their possible annexes. The consultation concerns TWO (2) single-award lots defined as follows: •LOT 1 - Framework Agreement - Maintenance and Works Contract for hot water heating / chilled water / city water metering and wireless sensors •LOT 2 - Framework Agreement - Market Maintenance and Electrical Metering Works Each lot, lot 1 or lot 2, of this consultation will be the subject of a framework agreement and will be awarded to the company or group whose offer is the best with regard to the judgment criteria of the offers. SPA023124L01 - LOT 1 - Framework Agreement - Maintenance and Works contract Hot water heating / chilled water / city water metering and wireless sensors The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, installation and maintenance of fluid meters (hot water heating, chilled water and city water) as well as temperature / CO2 sensors with Lora technology on the PARIS-CDG platform AEROPORTS DE PARIS has chosen to set a maximum lifespan of 12 years for a meter fluids. Large waves of replacement based on identified priorities will be planned, the majority of installed meters having already reached 12 years of life.
