This consultation concerns the award of a framework agreement relating to the completion of insurance services for the benefit of a public, cultural and professional establishment (EPSCP): COMUE Lyon Saint-Etienne. It relates to the conclusion of a framework agreementMono-attribute (one holder by lot constituting the framework agreement) executed according to the rules applicable to the so-called ordinary markets within the meaning of the public procurement code, and is an annual premium. As part of lot n 1, the coverage services for occasional events are executedBy the issue of order orders, without prerequisite, in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R2162-2, R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is broken down into two lots: - Lot No1: "Damage to goods and related risks"; - Lot No2: Civil liability and additional risks ". Lot n 1 "Damage to goods and related risks", with regard to the party executed by order form (damage to goods and annex risks of occasional events), has passed without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 80,000 euros HT forThe duration of the market.
