- The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out detailed inspection visits to the works of art and hydraulic works in the city of Niort and the Niortais agglomeration community, as well as the diagnosis of these works. The heritage of the city art structures is made upAbout 200 bridges and bridges (opening less than 2 m), half of which cross a watercourse, 300 retaining walls (height below or greater than 2 m), one third of which are aquatic, around thirty hydraulic works (1/3 pavements, 1/3 valves and 1/3 valvesbasically). The heritage of the art of the agglomeration art consists of 13 bridges and bridges.
