Description:
This consultation concerns the supply and delivery of foodstuffs for the municipal catering control of the city of Dieppe called "Dieppoise plate".
The consultation has passed by tender open by application of articles R2124-1 and R2124-2 of the code of public procurement. Each batch will give rise to a framework agreement with mono-attribute order formal order, with the exception of lot 13 which will be multi-attribute to subsequent markets, without minimum amount but with a maximum per lot for the duration of the framework agreement.
The framework agreement is of a duration Initial of 12 months from January 1, 2026 or date of notification so later. It can then be renewed 3 times per successive period of 12 months without its validity period being able to exceed 48 months.
Order orders are issued to the occurrence of needs and according to the terms fixed by the CCAP.
Frequencies and delivery day and the maximum delivery time from the issue of the order form are respectively mentioned in the act of engagement.
The supplies of the samples, the terms of which are detailed in the consultation regulations, is rendered OBLIGATORY. Any absence or incomplete deposit of samples leads to the rejection of the corresponding offer
