Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to set up an outsourced management of parking lots on the heritage of Plaine Commune Habitat. The expected services are more described in the specific clause notebook. The framework agreement is unique, it is not allotted. In accordance withProvisions of article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, the contracting authority has decided not to allot this framework agreement, insofar as the identification of separate services is not possible. Indeed, it is a single service for setting up managementoutsourcing certain heritage car parks of Plaine Commune Habitat. This framework agreement is split, it is a framework agreement with order orders. As allow the provisions of article R2162-4 of the public procurement code relating to public framework agreements, thethis framework agreement does not include a minimum amount. For information, the annual forecast amount of orders would be 65,000 euros excl. The maximum annual amount of orders is set at 72,000 euros excl. Tax. These amounts are purely indicative, in no case the Oph Plaine Commune Habitat does notundertakes to place annual orders up to these amounts.
