Description: The purpose of this Consultation is a multi-grade sub-contracting framework agreement in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1, R.2162-2 (1), R.2162-4 to R.2162-12 of the Public Order Code on Building Engineering and Laboratories, in order to meet the regular needs of the clients of the IRSN. These engineering missions are described in the specifications attached to the consultation file and cover all phases of a project: upstream studies, project phase, operation and maintenance. It is concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum amount fixed at 800,000 euro (s) HT on its total duration. The number of holder chosen at the end of the offers of tenders will be 3 at most
