Development and maintenance work on municipal buildings in the City of Aix les Bains. Duration: 12 months from 01/1/2026 or the date of notification if later than 01/1/2026. Renewable 3 times for the same period. 12 lots. Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for the following maximum annual amounts excluding VAT: Lot 1 Structural work - Masonry: 150,000 euros excluding VAT, Lot 2 Electricity: 200,000 euros excluding VAT, Lot 3 Plastering - Suspended ceilings - Interior and exterior insulation - Interior and exterior painting: 250,000 euros excluding VAT, Lot 4 Plumbing - Sanitary - Heating - V.M.C - Air conditioning: 130,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 5 Roofing - Zincwork - Wood frame: 80,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 6 Exterior and interior wood carpentry: 80,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 7 Metalwork: 50,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 8 Aluminum carpentry - Glazing - Mirrorwork: 90,000 euros excluding VAT, Lot 9 Blinds and closures: 70,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 10 Tiling and wall covering: 50,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 11 Floor coverings: 60,000 euros excluding tax, Lot 12 Waterproofing: 50,000 euros HT.
