Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to the award of a mono-attributing framework agreement with maximum value. It is a framework agreement with order orders. It will be executed as the order of order pleasures issued by the contracting authority. He went into application ofArticles L 2124-2, R 2124-2 1 and R 2161-2 to R 2161-5 of the public procurement code and L 2125-1 1 , R 2162-1 to R 2162-6, R 2162-13 and R 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will be concluded for an initial period of 12 months from its notification date. The notification of this framework agreementis envisaged at the end of August/early September 2025. The first orders should take place as soon as notification. This framework agreement may be renewed by successive period of 1 year for a maximum renewal duration of 3 years. The maximum in value as well as the estimation of needs for the periodInitial to effective this framework agreement are specified in this notice for each of the lots subject to this procedure. The contracts concluded at the end of this procedure will not be exclusive. The municipality of Issoire will also purchases foodstuffs by usingto other devices mentioned in the parts of the business consultation file. This consultation does not also concern all the prizes envisaged, the municipality having decided to have recourse to the power plant of the Auvergne Rhone-Alpes region for some of them....
