Description:
The framework agreement is not broken down into a lot. Indeed, the homogeneity of services and the need to guarantee unique and coherent technical assistance for all heritage sites does not allow the services to be broken down into several lots. The framework agreement is mono-attribute.
The agreement Framework includes a part at a global, flat -rate price and a part of order orders: the fixed part concerns maintenance, repairs and repairs and the party to order or improvement work.
The order order part of the agreement Executive executed as the need occurs via the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
