This consultation concerns the complete project management and studies services, for public lighting on the ways and public spaces of the City of Villeurbanne and realization / monitoring of a Light Development Direction (SDAL). On behalf and under the responsibilityFrom the Public Lighting Service, the service provider will establish a SDAL - a real multi -year planning plan for lighting ahead of the consistency of the equipment, photometric results at the service of users as well as compliance with the city's energy and environmental commitments. He will ensureIn close collaboration with the EP service management of new work and support on the landfill of the networks.
