Description:
airport managers have been entrusted, by the amending finance law of 2003, with the management of financial aid for soundproofing in the vicinity of airports concerned by a Noise Disturbance Plan. Groupe ADP is responsible for managing the entire shoreline aid systemrains for airports in the Paris region.
this system financed by the Tax on Airborne Noise Nuisances (T.N.S.A.) makes it possible to finance acoustic studies and soundproofing work on premises allocated in whole or in part to housing, educational establishments and premisesof a health or social nature located in the Plan de Gene Sonore (Pgs).
The titular companies will be in charge of accompanying, on behalf of adp, the local residents in their procedures, of controlling the quality and the costs of the works of the companies carrying out the soundproofing works.
