- The subject of this framework agreement is to set up, for the benefit of anap employees, two additional social protection systems:
- a complementary health system aimed at granted additional compensation to the services paid by the compulsory scheme (security social), in the event of costs caused by a disease, a maternity or an accident, within the limits of the costs actually incurred by the beneficiaries, in compliance with the legislation in force;
- a foresight system aimed at covering the risk of incapacity for work, disability and death, in the form of additional compensation to the services paid by compulsory regimes.
Complementary health service for
Anap employees
This complementary health system aims to grant additional compensation to the services paid by the regime Compulsory (Social Security), in the event of costs caused by a disease, a maternity or an accident, within the limits of the costs actually incurred by the beneficiaries, in compliance with the legislation in force.
Provident service for anap employees
This device of Provident aims to cover the risks of incapacity for work, invalidity and death, in the form of additional compensation to the benefits paid by compulsory plans.
