Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out printing work and communication supports for the needs of the Municipality of Beaune and its CCAS and for the Beaune Cote et Sud Urban Community. This framework agreement was previously broken down into 6 lots, this consultation concerns the relaunch of lot 2 since the maximum was reached on this lot, as part of the contract previously launched on 07/12/2022. Lot 2 posters This lot covers the production of posters in different formats: from A4 to 120x176 format, all weights up to 250 g/m2 and four-sided posters on different media. The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum and a maximum of €40,000 excluding tax for the entire duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded from its notification until November 30, 2026 (term of the current framework agreement for the other lots). In accordance with article R2162-5 of Public Order Code, order letters constituting subsequent contracts can only be concluded or issued during the period of validity of the framework agreement. Their duration of execution is set in accordance with the usual conditions of execution of the services covered by the framework agreement. The buyer cannot set a duration such that the execution of subsequent contracts extends beyond the deadline of validity of the framework agreement in conditions which ignore the obligation of a re-competition periodic.
