- The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, multi-awarded (3 awardees maximum), for the execution of infrastructure, electrical equipment and project management missions. Airport lighting for all ADP group platforms. Non-exclusive, with a maximum duration of 8 years (3+1+1+1+1+1), this framework agreement will give rise to subsequent purchase orders and/or contracts according to the following award rules: •EN BELOW THE FINANCIAL THRESHOLD OF €100,000, the allocation of purchase orders will be carried out without competition between the 3 awardees. These purchase orders will relate to punctual, precise and small-scale project management missions. THE holder selected in this context will be the one whose technical proposal best responds to the nature of the services requested. •ABOVE OR EQUAL TO THE FINANCIAL THRESHOLD OF 100,000 euros, the 3 successful bidders will be put into competition for the allocation of the purchase orders or subsequent contracts. Project management missions subject to competitive bidding concern services or parts of services defined by specific specifications. Depending on the complexity of the mission, Aéroports de Paris may decide to award either purchase orders for missions deemed less complex, or subsequent contracts for missions deemed complex.
