Framework agreement aimed at carrying out project management services for operations of work less than 350K € excluding tax of the headquarters of the Banque de France and annexed buildings (Paris and its Paris region).
This market is a framework agreement for mono-attribute order orders for the realization of project management services relating to the design and monitoring of Realization of tertiary development project (works and associated premises) for the headquarters and annex buildings of the Banque de France.

Project management services for operations below 350K € HT
The purpose of this framework agreement is the award of complete project management missions on the design and monitoring of realization of tertiary development projects (workspaces and associated premises) for the buildings of the Banque de France listed below, representative A total area of around 150,000 m2 of floor area. The MOE services cover the follow -up of all the work all trades (TCE), including both architectural and technical lots (plumbing, CVC, electricity, etc.).
Architectural services include in particular ::
