Description:
The object of the market relates to the supply of a CCAAS type product (contact center as a service) without implementation, standard digital for the EDF group. The product will manage all customer contact channels in one place and centralize and supervise in real time The various customer data flows on voice, email, webchat, messaging and social channels.
EDF SA issues this market notice in its name and, on behalf of the subsidiaries not subject to the public procurement code, as well as Enedis and Luninus which can benefit from a stipulation for others.
There Solution should allow the simultaneous connection of a number of advisers of up to 15,000.
The first project undertaken will be for the trade management and SEI by EDF SA, the maximum number of logged advisers simultaneously is estimated at 7000, the evolution of their activity and any Services provided by EDF SA to the subsidiaries of the CST (clients, services and territories pole) to its complete deployment of up to 9,200 simultaneous positions, to which could be added the deployment of the solution within the framework of emerging projects within EDF SA for a maximum of 1400 simultaneous positions. Finally, it is specified that the need for the Enedis subsidiary is estimated at 3,500 simultaneous positions maximum, the need for the Luminus subsidiary is estimated at 900 simultaneous positions maximum.
