Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement with a minimum of 83,333.33 euros HT and a maximum of 583,333.33 Euro (s) HT, which will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets. The Center for the Conservation and Restoration of Heritage (CCRP), not having a restaurateur, employee of the department, specializing in painting, must call on the professional skills of liberal restaurateurs in this specialty, for the achievement of its missions. Given the sustainability of its catering programs, four successive framework agreements were launched from 2008 to 2024. The last of these framework agreements due to the procedure to select restaurateurs must be renewed Specialized in painting on canvas (lot 1) and on wood (lot 2) for the realization of the conservation-painting program of paintings, from 2025 to 2029. This framework agreement relates to the acquisition of restoration services of objects preserved in various sites of the department of Pyrenees-Orientales. Restoration treatments take place mainly in the CCRP workshops, but certain conservation studies and treatments may be carried out in situ. The list of works to be treated is established each year
