Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement with a minimum of 115,000.00 euros HT and a maximum of 966,666.67 euros (s) HT, which will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets.
