Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.
This is a framework agreement with a minimum of 115,000.00 euros HT and a maximum of 966,666.67 euros (s) HT, which will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets.
DRAC Occitanie remains associated with this program and the Occitanie region also supports it Since 2005. This system has been controlled by the Department's Conservation and Restoration Center (CCRP).
The objective plan 66 has the realization of the inventory of religious heritage, furniture and real estate, the health assessment of objects accompanied by recommendations conservation or maintenance treatments, the implementation of preventive and curative conservation interventions to ensure the sustainability of the heritage, prerequisite for catering.
In order to respond to the realization of this program and to call on liberal providers Competent in the various areas concerned, the CCRP has used, since 2008, to four framework agreement of 4 years each. The last due date, a new framework of framework agreement is launched for the period 2025-2029.
