Property market prospection notice I.Contracting authority:European Parliament, Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics (INLO), Direction de la gestion intégrée des infrastructures, avenue Schuman, 67070 Strasbourg, FRANCE. II.Subject:With the objective of meeting its space needs, and in application of its property policy, the European Parliament has launched a market prospection in order to identify surface areas to buy or rent that are located near to its buildings in Strasbourg. These spaces must be able to accommodate, in particular, offices, meeting rooms, reception areas and car parks. The search concerns a property or group of properties with a net floor area (‘Surface Hors Oeuvre Nette - SHON-) of between 10 000 m2 and 18 000 m2. The property or group of properties should have the following characteristics: — located within a radius of 1 000 m from the entrances to the Louise Weiss or Churchill buildings, — the possibility of creating a physical interconnection of the proposed premises with the existing buildings of the European Parliament, allowing internal pedestrian circulation between the buildings would be an advantage, — as an indication, the properties, including the specific amenities required, must be available by 31 March 2024 at the latest.
