Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
The so-called EGAlim law of October 30 2018 introduced new obligations for collective catering. It sets in particular an objective of at least 50% sustainable and quality products, including at least 20% organic products, in the composition of the meals served, an obligation in force since January 1, 2022. The so-called law Climate and Resilience of August 22, 2021 also complemented the provisions of the EGAlim law, the objective of which is to achieve 60% sustainable and quality products for meat and fish.
This contract aims for the supply of foodstuffs intended for the preparation of meals distributed in school restaurants, leisure centers, housing centers and the municipal employee restaurant.
The Central Kitchen prepares around 1,700 meals every day.
Municipal Restoration pursues several objectives:

- Education about taste, balanced diet and seasonality;
