Description:
The UPC produces 3,500 meals a day, in a cold connection, for nine colleges in the department and operates on the school rate.
In addition, for the five colleges remaining autonomous, the departmental council and these five colleges have chosen to form a group of orders for the purchase of foodstuffsfood.
The coordinator of the designated group is the departmental council, represented by the president of the departmental council. Its mission is to launch the procedures, to sign and notify the markets. Each member of the group, as far as he is concerned, ensures his goodExecution.
It is specified that these foodstuffs come either from conventional agriculture, from organic farming (European label AB or French label AB or any other equivalent certification), or with signs of equal quality
