Description:
The market takes effect on January 1, 2026, it is automatically renewable at the due date of each year until December 31, 2030 at midnight, except not renewed under the conditions of termination fixed in the act of engagement. In the event of termination, a notice of 6 months is provided for the insurer and 2 months for the subscriber. Financing: CCAS City of the City of Ales. The sums due to the holder (s) and the primary subcontractor (s) of the contract will be paid by bank transfer within a total period of 30 days from the date of receipt equivalent invoices or payment requests. The advance provided for in articles L 2191-2 and R 2191-3 of the public procurement code does not apply due to the public order provisions provided for by the insurance code (indivisibility of the subscription and payment in advance).
