- Description:
- The purpose of the contract is to select flooring installation companies capable of carrying out, in any situation and constraint, varied work and on several sites simultaneously within the Habitats de Haute-Alsace heritage. The contract is a framework agreement with maximum value executed as needed as purchase orders are issued. The duration of the contract is one year, renewable three times by tacit agreement. It is divided into 2 geographical lots treated by separate markets. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of three operators economical subject to a sufficient number of offers. The issuance of purchase orders is carried out without negotiation or prior re-competition of the holders, according to the terms provided for in the framework agreement.
