Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to choose the service provider in charge of the tax and financial arrangement of the renewal program for the twin-engine helicopter fleet of Tahiti Nui Helicopters ("TNH"). The role of the arranger will consist in particular of organize the various legal, financial and tax operations to ensure local and national tax exemption financing of the investment program envisaged by TNH. The contract holder, who must highlight his experience in terms of a similar file with tax approval in French Polynesia, will commit in particular to its investment capacity and the retrocession rate in favor of TNH. The estimated cost of the investment for which a request for approval for assistance tax is desired is of the order of 4.0 billion FCFP, or 33 million euros.
