Description:
This consultation concerns the means of fighting fire in the premises of the city of Nimes. This market has passed according to an open tender procedure, in application of articles R2124-2-1 , R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services are subjectof a framework agreement giving rise to the emission of purchase orders, which passed in application of articles L2125-1-1 , R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The services are not divided into separate lots for the following pattern (s): maintenance servicesAnd supply are completely nested. Economic operators also carry out these two benefits. More specifically, during preventive maintenance, the service provider may have to replace "expired" fire extinguishers. It is not functional to provide these two operations(Maintenance and replacement of equipment) in a quirky manner in time for reasons of cost generated by displacements which would be unnamed. The services will be remunerated both by applying a lump sum price to part of the services, and both by applyingUnit price with a really executed/delivered quantities (mixed prices). As part of this consultation, the city of Nimes acts as a poweradjudicator.
