The purpose of this consultation launched by the Ctm is to designate a service provider with whom a public contract for the management of its financial tools will be concluded (hereinafter, the "contract"). The market includes a firm tranche Tf and two optional tranches To1 Etto2. Optional slices areront Firmed After Adoption Of The Ex Ante Study Of February 2022 And Vote By The Ctm (Managing Authority) Of The Financial Programming Of Po 2021-2027.

Description of services:- It is a question of designatinga service provider with whom a market for the management of its financial tools will be concluded. The market includes a firm tranche TF and two optional tranches TO1 and TO2. The optional tranches will be strengthened after adoption of the ex ante study of February 2022 and voted by the CTM. This consultationation includes the creation and management of FdF Jeremie, the development of private equity instruments (SAS, Co-investment Fund, Loan Fund, Guarantee Fund), and the selection of Financial Intermediaries in charge of the management of the 4 new Instruments Financial.
