The purpose of this consultation launched by the Ctm is the designation of a service provider with whom a public contract for the management of its financial tools will be concluded (hereinafter, the "contract"). The market includes a firm tranche Tf and two optional tranches To1 and To2. Optional SlicesWill Be Confirmed After Adoption Of The February 2022 Ex Ante Study And Vote By The Ctm (Managing Authority) Of The Po 2021-2027 Financial Programming.

Description of services:- This consultationThe purpose of the ion launched by the CTM is to appoint a service provider with which a public contract for the management of its financial tools will be concluded (hereinafter, the "Market"). The Market includes a firm tranche TF and two optional tranches TO1 and TO2. The optional tranches will be consolidated afters adoption of the ex ante study of February 2022 and vote by the CTM (Managing Authority) of the financial programming of the PO 2021-2027. This consultation therefore includes the creation and management of the FdF Jeremie, the development of private equity instruments (SAS, co-investment fundsnt, Loan Fund, Guarantee Fund) and the selection of the Financial Intermediaries in charge of the management of the 4 new Financial Instruments.
