• Description:
• The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide financial rating services to the SGPSO. As part of the framework agreement, the holder is likely to carry out the following services: - Analysis of the situation of the SGPSO on the basis in particular of the information transmitted and a collection of data according to the methods described below; - the allocation and annual monitoring of a long-term and short-term issuer rating, - the rating of a NEU CP issuance program, - the rating of an EMTN issuance program, - the rating of issuances carried out within the framework of the EMTN program or outside the - EMTN program, - the drafting of a rating report as described below; - communication of the note to the SGPSO and dissemination of the note via a press release to the financial and general media. Each order form will specify the services ordered. Since the rating produced is intended to be published, it must be provided by a rating agency registered or certified with the European Securities and Markets Authority in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of September 16, 2009 on credit rating agencies. The rating will reflect the financial health of the SGPSO as an issuer and its ability to honor its commitments.
